PROCEDURES FOR ENTRY

PRE QUALIFYING CONDITIONS

To become one of our beneficiaries, the following conditions/requirements have to be met:

The applicant:
  • Must be an indigene of Ijebu Igbo
  • Must come from an indigent family background
  • Must write a 200 words hand written application stating reasons why he/she wishes to apply and why he/she feels qualified for the scholarship
  • Must have gain admission into any of the government approved institutions
  • Must attempt and pass a pre-qualifying exam at the LF Foundation office

LIST OF REQUIREMENTS

To be met after satisfactory of the pre-qualifying conditions (to be sent via email to: admission@laidefowosirefoundation.or or lffoundationscholarships@gmail.com)

Copies of:

  • Birth Certificate
  • O’Level results (WAEC/NECO)
  • JAMB result
  • Post UTME result
  • Letter of verification from the secondary school or tertiary institution attended.
    • 2 passport size photographs (on invitation to the Foundation’s office)
    • Original copies of all documents would be verified during the interview.
    • A one-on-one interview will be conducted with the Applicant at a scheduled date.
  • A letter from Ijebu Igbo Local Government
  • Letter of provisional admission from the school
  • Up-to-date tax clearance certificate of sponsor/parent
  • Acceptance fee receipt
  • A completed copy of the bio-data form
  • Details of bank account of Applicant
  • Email address of Applicant
  • Phone number of Applicant
  • Phone number of course adviser or faculty officer
  • Course form/prospectus

Original copies of all these documents would be verified before an offer is made.
